Measurements and weight ratings are the manufacturer's specifications. Please measure your dog and check the size guidance before ordering. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Ask your veterinarian about your dog's health needs.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to give accurate and complete billing and contact information.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Safe use

Supervise your dog when it uses any new product, especially toys, ramps, stairs and car accessories. Check products regularly for wear and stop using any item that is damaged. No toy is indestructible.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment processors and carriers. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
