Ordering & sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page lists the manufacturer's measurements and, where available, a weight rating. For beds and cots, measure your dog from nose to base of tail while lying stretched out, then add 6–10 inches. For harnesses, measure around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs. If your dog is between sizes, email us and we'll help.
Is this product big enough for my 150 lb dog?
Check the weight rating and dimensions on the product page. We only list items we believe suit giant breeds, but every dog is built differently. If an item doesn't list a weight rating, we say so on the page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped, we can change or cancel it.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO or international addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the item. Most orders arrive within about 5–20 business days after processing. Each product page shows its estimate, and our Shipping Policy has the full breakdown.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items ship from different supplier warehouses, so multi-item orders can arrive separately.
Returns
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See Returns & Refunds.
Who pays return shipping?
We do if the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Products & safety
Are your toys indestructible?
No toy is indestructible, especially for a giant breed. Supervise play and replace toys that show damage.
Will a bed or ramp help my dog's joints?
Supportive beds, ramps and stairs can make rest and movement more comfortable, but they're not medical treatments. Talk to your veterinarian about joint health.
