Track Your Order

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link. Here's how to follow your package:

1. Use the link in your shipping email. It's the fastest way to see where your package is.
2. Check your account. If you checked out with your email, sign in to your account to see your orders and their status.
3. Paste the tracking number into the carrier's site. The shipping email names the carrier.

Haven't received a tracking email?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so tracking usually arrives a few days after you order. Please check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking can also take 1–3 days to show its first update.

Need help?

Email ssp67512@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, let us know and we'll investigate with the carrier.
